Valve Saver distributor 4 cylinder for Valve Saver Kit

Manifold to introduce Valve Saver valve lubricant per intake passage of each cylinder.

Connect the hose from the Valve Saver kit to the inlet of the manifold.

Type of connection on input:
The type of connection on the input depends on the type of valve lubrication system you use. Standard (Vacuum) valve lubrication systems (Flashlube, JLM, Extreme Protect) use a rubber hose that can be slid over a hose barb on the inlet of the manifold.

The Valve-Protector or V-lube system uses a white harder hose that fits into an associated special coupling (check valve) that fits back into the manifold with an M4 thread.

The entrance to the manifold is equipped with an M4 threaded connection into which a separately supplied hose barb can be screwed in in the case of a Vacuum valve lubrication system with rubber hoses.

In the case of VALVE SAVER KIT with PUMP (Valve protector / V-Lube), the corresponding check valve can be connected to the inlet of the manifold. NB! This coupling (check valve) is not supplied with the manifold. This part belongs to the Valve protector set.

Connection to the intake manifold:
You connect a distribution branch of the manifold to each intake duct. Do this by first drilling a hole in the inlet channel and then tapping the M6x1 thread. DO NOT OVERTAP THIS! Install an injection nozzle in each inlet channel and secure it on the thread with thread-locking compound.

TIP: Do not mount the insertion nozzle of the manifold too close to the cylinder head. In other words give the insertion nozzles some distance from the cylinder head, so that the fluid has the opportunity to distribute itself well in the intake channel, so that the fluid is distributed well over the valves.
