INCL. GAS FILTER For Free (right of withdrawal does not apply) Choose the right size for your system; 12mm / 14mm (= diameter entrance injector rail = internal diameter gas hose)
For gas systems: Vogels VGI, Landi Renzo EVO, Eurogas Omegas EVO.
The injector rail is supplied excluding the brass injector nozzles and gas hose connections. The nozzles have a calibrated passage and must be transferred from your old injector rail in connection with the (software) adjustment of the gas system on your car. The injector nozzles are nothing more than threaded brass pipes with a calibrated orifice (1.8 - 2.2 - 2.4 - 2.6 - 2.8 - 3.0 mm). The only thing that wears out are the O-rings on top. These are therefore supplied with the injector rails so that they can be replaced.
It is important that the same size remains with the car so that the gas system remains properly adjusted. So transfer the pipes from the old injector rail to the new one.
The nozzles themselves are made of brass and are not subject to wear.
We do supply new O-rings for the nozzles.
New AEB-Nozzles are available here separately in different sizes (orifice).
NB!
When NOT replacing ALL injectors, there is a great chance of differences between your new and old (dirty) injectors, which will cause the engine to run poorly. It may even seem that the new injectors are not good. All injectors in the injector rail are controlled with more or less the same injection time (common Lambda value). The old injectors will dose more gas than the new injectors at short injection times, because they have become inaccurate due to contamination and wear. Because the average mixture in the exhaust is still too rich, the engine management will shorten the injection time, causing the new injectors to deliver less gas. This will be particularly noticeable at low engine load (idling) and much less noticeable at higher engine load (so with further depressed accelerator pedal).
TIP!
USE THE SAME NOZZLE SIZE AS NOW USED ON YOUR CAR TO AVOID ADJUSTMENTS (SOFTWARE).
Background information regarding problem with gas injectors:
In most cases the problem is caused by the fact that the injectors are contaminated with paraffin (oils and greases from the LPG). The filter in front of the injectors must ensure that the injectors do not contaminate quickly. This filter will eventually become saturated and must be replaced every 20,000 km. If the filter is not replaced, the paraffin will no longer be trapped and end up in the injectors. It is not the case that the injectors leak or do not open anymore. But the opening and closing time are no longer correct. The injectors remain open longer than they should (with dynamic behavior), which means that too much fuel is being dosed. (too rich mixture) The injectors will then deviate, especially with short injection times (low engine load). The engine is going to run messy and there are too large differences between the injectors. Cleaning the injectors often makes no sense, because there is often too much wear in the injector occurred, as a result of which the guide of the plunger (sealing disk) no longer has the right fit. The plunger does not go smoothly and lord, but goes up and down stumbling and wobbling. If the injectors are replaced without replacing the filter, the new injectors will soon become dirty again.
