Complaints handling:

It is annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it.

Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint by e-mail to the customer contact department. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and / or by telephone. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if more time is needed, we will inform you.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which (name webshop) is affiliated. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, there is the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
