The LOVATO RGV090 (basic type RG92) is a two-stage evaporator for LPG mixing piece systems and is homologated according to European regulation ECE 67R-01. The evaporator is equipped with a solenoid valve to give a gas start quantity and an integrated idle adjustment screw.

The evaporator is activated / opened by the engine vacuum. (Not by an electrical circuit / safety relay.)

The evaporator is equipped with an electric choke coil that can be momentarily controlled with a 12V pulse before starting, so that a "puff" of gas comes out of the evaporator that enables gas starting. DO NOT activate this coil permanently!

Thanks to its sensitivity membrane and its reliability, the vaporizer guarantees perfect driving pleasure.

The output gas pressure is controlled by the intake motor.

The evaporator RGV090 is suitable for engines from 20kW to 90kW (122 hp).

Gas valve: Not included. (Valtek Type 07 recommended)

IMPORTANT: Evaporator operation is dependent on the agitator/mixer and proper adjustment of the adjusting screws to properly adjust the evaporator for the agitator suction and motor consumption.
