Our Payment Options.

We offer different types of payment options in our webshop. These may differ per country as some payment options are only limited to customers from a certain country. But they may or may not be available depending on the order amount. We will list and explain the payment options offered below.

 

Payment Costs:

Most payment options are services from external companies that in turn charge costs. One way is more expensive than the other and one gives more protection than the other. Unfortunately, with some payment options we have to pass on some of these costs to you, because otherwise this would take up a significant part of our margin. But we try to do this in a fair way and also cover part of the costs.

The total costs of a payment service and the possible administration costs depend on the total amount of the order. For each payment method, any costs are indicated in the checkout (as a percentage and as an amount in the total overview), so that you will not be faced with any surprises and you can make a choice yourself.

IDeal: This is one of the most well-known and most used payment methods in the Netherlands. It is, as it were, an automated bank transfer. The payment order is passed on to your own bank, where you can complete the payment yourself. We do not charge the costs for this payment method to you and therefore offer it free of charge.

PayPal: PayPal is a fast and secure payment service. For example, PayPal provides a refund guarantee if the product is not delivered. In order to use PayPal, it is necessary that you have a PayPal account with an email address that you have linked to it. PayPal transfers the amount from your PayPal account to our PayPal account.

Billink Achteraf Betalen: Possible from an amount of € 20, -. With this payment option you can order up to a maximum of € 450 as a private person and as a business customer you can order up to a maximum of € 2500. After placing your order, you will be forwarded to a Billink page, where you can check your details again and, if necessary, supplement them.

NB! You therefore no longer have to pay the amount to us, but to Billink, who takes over the payment debt from us and bears the risk for it. If you choose this payment method, Billink will do a credit check behind the scenes and check whether your details are correct and whether you do not have a BKR registration, for example. (i.e. whether you are creditworthy). If everything is ok, it is approved and the order is completed. You will then receive a payment request from Billink in the following days. To prevent fraud, it is not possible to have your order sent to a collection point or a strange address. You can only have it sent to your own address.

IN3 keer betalen: IN3 offers consumers the option of paying for a transaction in three installments. This payment method is available from an amount of € 100 and up to a maximum amount of € 3000.

You pay the first installment immediately (via iDeal), the 2nd installment within 30 days, the 3rd installment within 60 days.

After placing your order, you will be forwarded to an IN3 page, where you can check your details again and, if necessary, supplement them.

Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard): You can also choose to pay with your credit card from Visa or Mastercard. This offers several protection benefits. After confirming the order you will be forwarded to a payment page where you can safely enter your credit card details.

Bancontact: Bancontact is a bank payment method from and for Belgium that customers use to pay via their own trusted banking environment. It is a very popular payment method and therefore very suitable for customers in Belgium.

In the next screen, choose your own bank, where you can complete the payment.

Customers have a payment card with a card number and an expiry date. These details must be entered on the payment screen. Via the so-called 'digipas', the customer approves the payment via his own banking environment.
